Employee Training

Since Omega Sports is a sports specialty store for running, walking, soccer, baseball, swimming, softball, and tennis, our sales associates go through a high level of training. A series of “tech tests” are given to each associate to ensure that they are armed with the proper knowledge to provide to our customers.
