Employee Training
Since Omega Sports is a sports specialty store for running, walking, soccer, baseball, swimming, softball, and tennis, our sales associates go through a high level of training. A series of “tech tests” are given to each associate to ensure that they are armed with the proper knowledge to provide to our customers. New products are constantly arriving that incorporate the latest innovations and technologies, and our associates are regularly updated on the benefits of these new products.
Professional Footwear Fit
We take great pride in having customers leave our store with a shoe that fits properly. Fitting a shoe properly takes individual attention coupled with knowledge of different foot types. There’s a reason that doctors across North Carolina recommend Omega Sports for their patients.

Bring your racquet to us when it’s ready for a fresh set of strings. Our stringers will string your racquet at no charge with the purchase of new strings.
